great location helpful staff quick service
the location were great. it was near everything i wanted to see. the staff member i spoke with was always helpful and quick.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes.

central location helpful staff nice atmosphere cold room non-functioning tv lack of acknowledgment
The location was amazing. i walked everywhere because it was so central. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. i also liked the lounge area. It had a nice atmosphere.
My room was quite cold, and the tv did not function. i reported it to reception before leaving for the day. nothing changed when i returned. No one fixed anything. even worse, no one contacted me to acknowledge the issue.

I love this place! the location is fantastic. It's so close to everything like restaurants, bars, and the city center. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. the rooms are spacious and very clean.
i noticed there weren't any tea or coffee facilities available in the room.

excellent pressure thick curtains luggage storage
the shower had excellent pressure. the room had thick curtains and this meant i could block out all light. the hotel provides luggage storage and this was very useful before my train.
my room lacked coffee making facilities.
